DISPATCH
Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the state of Queensland, Australia will be dispatched the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3-4 business days for standard delivery in metro and major cities.
Please allow 4-5 business days for standard delivery regional areas.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Yeah the Kids Co you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Yeah the Kids Co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise before refunding the order total.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If the error is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavour to have your address amended prior to dispatch.
Returns
All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to hello@yeahthekids.co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return the item to Yeah the Kids Co are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Yeah the Kids Co is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect selection however we will happily replace items that are deemed faulty.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items.
Faulty Items
In the case that your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace your item. For internal production purposes we require a photo of the faulty item and the fault shown as clearly as possible sent to hello@yeahthekids.co
